Class with the same structure as Cardio Muscle Toning but with a slightly more relaxed pace and reduced intensity. Ideal for people who want to start training outdoors.

Course intended for fit individuals who wish to exceed their current limits of cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Muscle training designed to develop strength, endurance and tonicity.

Outdoor Zen  [ more info ]
Outdoor Zen: Circuit training classes (30 min) followed by stretching exercises (30 min) and a relaxation period. Ideal for toning and stretching the body in a relaxed environment.
